1. Our Commitment
Confam was created to promote safer peer-to-peer exchange transactions by providing structure, transparency, and accountability. While we provide tools that help users document and track transactions, Confam is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee that every transaction will be completed successfully.

If you believe a transaction has not gone as agreed, you should:
- Remain calm and avoid abusive communication.
- Review the agreed transaction details.
- Communicate with your counterparty through the Confam chat where possible.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, report the transaction through the Platform promptly.
3. How to Report a Dispute & Evidence Required
To report a dispute, open the relevant transaction, select Report a Dispute, describe what happened, and upload supporting evidence.
Useful evidence includes:
- Bank transfer receipts and payment confirmations;

- Confam transaction records and any other supporting documents.
Providing false or altered evidence is a violation of Community Standards and may result in immediate account termination.
